KANSAS CITY…HERE WE COME!

Are you ready for spring Quilt Market in KC? We’re here to help!

Don’t forget your business cards, comfortable shoes, and a tote (or a few!) for all of those brochures, flyers, and samples. If you haven’t yet registered for the show, you can do so online HERE. Or, you can register on site at the convention center beginning on Wednesday, May 15 at 8 am.

A few important changes/items of note for this year’s show:

If you have already enrolled (and have your confirmation email with you), you will check in and print your badge at kiosks located in the Enrollment area. Your badge holder, lanyard, Buyer’s Guide, and optional pin (if pre-ordered) will also be available at the kiosks.
If you have already registered, but would like to add classes or events, you can do so via our online registration system. Please have your confirmation email available when you check in for class.
If you have not enrolled in advance or need to add new people from your business, our online registration will be available during the show. You will be able to enroll for the show, classes, and events online. Once you receive your confirmation email, you may proceed to the kiosks to print your badge.

This casual social and networking mixer takes place right after the show floor closes and before you head out for dinner. There will be complimentary light snacks and a cash bar for you to enjoy. No reservations required; just show up!

OTHER HELPFUL INFORMATION

Wi-fi is offered at the convention center through Greenwave Technology. Pricing starts at $24.95 Wireless 1.5 MB for four hours.

Instructions: With the device you would like Wi-Fi on, search for a wireless network > Select the network Event Wi-Fi Plans > A KCCC login page will appear > Choose Charge to my credit card > Select your desired plan > Click Connect for payment options > Provide Payment > Save/Screenshot the code provided.
